Every once in a while a game comes along that’s so addictive and fun that just about everyone you know plays it. If they aren’t already playing it, there’s still a very good chance that they know about it. Candy Crush Saga is certainly one of those games. You can play the game on your PC, as well as on Facebook and on your mobile devices. It seems to be just about everywhere, and the popularity doesn’t seem as though it will fade anytime soon.
What’s It About?
As you would expect, this game has some cavity inducing graphics. It’s a cutesy game that starts off easy enough. You need to match three or more of the same types of candy on the screen. The bigger the combination, the more candies you clear from the screen and the higher your score. It is very similar to the game Bejeweled in this manner. The game starts off very simply, and the challenges to progress to the next level are easy. However, as you progress, the game becomes far more challenging.
There is an end to the game, but it can take quite a while to get there. The game is free to download and play, but there are in-app purchases available. While the game is fun, you don’t really need these purchases to enjoy it. If you do, just be careful that you don’t go overboard. Often, people don’t realize how much they are spending on these types of games.
Top Tips for Candy Crush Saga
Once you start progressing, you will discover that some of the levels are far more difficult than the ones that you first start out with. That’s part of the appeal of the game.
You know you can beat it if you just try the level one more time. Here are some tips that can help make it a little bit easier to get past those harder levels.
First, make sure that you keep your Power Candies for when you really need them. The Super Combos can help you get through many levels. Try to use two Color Bombs together. Always try to remove the Locked Candies and the Licorice as quickly as you can. If you leave them for too long, they can make getting through the level very difficult.
If you haven’t already tried the game, at least give it a try. It might become one of your favorite ways to pass the time.
